Brittish / American Hot Toddy

This version of a hot toddy is a little British with the Ribena and a little American with the Copper & Kings brandy.

This one was all my wife’s doing and, unfortunately, I did not get the proportions from her as she made it so how much brandy vs. Ribena and hot water is a mystery but I’m not sure you could go too far wrong. Most likely she used about an ounce each of the Ribena and the Copper & Kings brandy and topped up the glass with hot water (about four ounces) and then garnished with an orange wedge.

What I do know for sure is that it was a great blend of American and Brittish and a great warm treat on a cool evening.
