Not sure what prompted this one but it was another evening looking to try a different spin on a bourbon cocktail making use of what we had in the house. The idea of coffee with cinnamon and brown sugar just seemed to work for a fall cocktail.
I think I just liked the idea of a coffee flavored cocktail called aggravation. While the Aggravation has kahlua and heavy cream, neither of which we had in the house, I still liked the idea of a sweet coffee flavor with scotch.
After a nice dinner out, back at home we decided to make a nice dessert cocktail. Jasvir wanted to try something with the Buffalo Trace bourbon cream we have in our bar and maybe a coffee liqueur. After some googling, she found this recipe which we modified to come up with a coffeemilk cocktail.
